Frank "Corky" Quatrino owner of Lakeview says he feels good that he was able to help the military family that hired what turned out to be an unlicensed landscaper who left them with a hefty bill and an unfinished yard as they were relocating to the 29 Palms military base. Quatrino says he was inspired to help after first seeing the Alemans' story on the NBC4 News.  "Watch out for unlicensed contractors like you might find on Craigs List.  This couple would have just lost their $1,000 deposit."
